Royalty Processing
We will manually enter or electronically upload your income statements, match them to the corresponding cash receipts, recoup any expenses or outstanding advances, and deliver preliminary royalty statements for you to review via printed report or email file.

AP1 & Harry Fox
Our AP1 reporting format is MCPS approved and can be emailed directly to the MCPS.  For clients with US copyright liabilities we can also process mechanical royalties and report electronically to Harry Fox.

Copyright Management
We will help organise and manage your song and master catalogues, copyright registrations, performing rights society and PPL registration and payee obligations for all types of income in all territories.

Licensing Activity
You will have the ability to review your past licensing activities, pending licenses, past due by configuration, synch licenses by media type, print licenses by product, and sub-publishing agreements by territory and we will assist you in negotiating and administering future licenses.

Comprehensive Reporting
You will have over 100 reports to help you track overdue income statements and unrecouped advances, establish effective reserves, review royalty rates, and much more.
